Service-based work

Most services are custom professional work, including consulting, planning, web development, mobile app development, debugging, publishing support, and technical implementation. Refund eligibility depends on the agreed scope, payment terms, work completed, and delivery status.

Payments for completed work, approved milestones, delivered files, used consulting time, third-party fees, platform charges, and urgent or priority work are generally non-refundable unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Before work begins

If a project is cancelled before meaningful work starts, a refund may be considered after deducting payment processor fees, platform fees, administrative costs, and any preparation already completed.

Revisions and issue resolution

If delivered work does not match the agreed scope, the preferred remedy is correction through reasonable revisions or issue resolution within the agreed revision window.

New requirements, changed direction, extra features, third-party platform rejection, or issues caused by client-provided assets or access may require a separate quote.

Third-party platforms

For orders placed through marketplaces, payment processors, hosting providers, app stores, or other platforms, the refund rules of that platform may also apply.
